Shipping is always free! Fedex picks up from the factory within 48 hours of order confirmation. You can feel comfortable that your order will be handled quickly and carefully all the way to your front door.

We offer an unconditional guarantee to allow you to enjoy the mattress for 100 nights. If by that time you are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly arrange a return and refund. Our mattresses of course cannot be repackaged in your home, so our return is actually executed with your help to arrange a non-profit donation to a local charity.
